شرکت Hashed کره جنوبی صندوق جدیدی برای تأمین مالی استارت آپ های نوظهور بلاکچین تأسیس کرده است. هاشد ، یکی از بزرگترین مدیران صندوق دارایی های ارز دیجیتال کره جنوبی ، 120 میلیون دلار سرمایه برای سرمایه گذاری های جدید بلاکچین در اصطلاح «اقتصاد پروتکل» جمع آوری کرده است.

بودجه از طریق شرکت سرمایه گذاری هاشد ، یک نهاد جدید که نظارت بر استقرار سرمایه گذاری نه رقمی را دارد ، جمع آوری شد. این شرکت هنوز حامیان خود را اعلام نکرده است ، اگرچه سخنگوی شرکت اظهار داشت که برخی از بزرگترین شرکتهای IT کره درگیر آن هستند.

Abstract
More and more regulators are worrying about criminals who are increasingly using cryptocurrencies for illegitimate activities like money laundering, terrorist financing and tax evasion. The problem is significant: even though the full scale of misuse of virtual currencies is unknown, its market value has been reported to exceed EUR 7 billion worldwide. This paper prepared by Policy Department A elaborates on this phenomenon from a legal perspective, focusing on the use of cryptocurrencies for financial crime, money laundering and tax evasion. It contains policy recommendations for future EU standards.

Executive summary
The application of insurance in today’s transparent society is based on a chain of trust between clients and insurers. This is an age-old principle that applies to consumer insurance and
protecting commercial entities and governments from natural catastrophes or specialty risks.
This bond of trust is founded upon an intangible “promise to pay,” and a unique combination of expertise, service quality, capital and security. This is based on disclosure of accurate
personal data describing the insurable interests of the client, the agreement to a contract between two legal and consenting parties, and timely exchange of payment.
If there is a vulnerability in the transaction chain, particularly resulting from the increasing use of technology, then trust is severely weakened, diluting brand, eroding confdence and potentially losing business and shareholder value.
As society becomes increasingly digital and distribution channels more varied and complex, customers have higher expectations in choice of product or insurer. When certain aspects of the value chain become more commoditized, as a result, a customer bases a choice entirely on the availability of brand information and transparency of the insurer’s performance. The integrity, controls and transparency of insurers’ business processes, reinforced by recent trends in regulation, must be geared toward protecting the customer experience. Unless insurers are prepared to innovate, either customers or regulators will force them to change.
In this report, we discuss how innovation in the insurance marketplace (in particular the arrival of blockchain technology) may contribute to the future infrastructure the industry needs and how it can be applied to reinforce the chain of trust.
We identify the key attributes and opportunities that blockchain presents and examine insurance company readiness for digitization; How will the industry respond to its obligations to customers, markets and regulators and what key issues need to be considered?
As part of our discussion, we explore the role blockchain may play in a holistic innovation and risk management strategy, including concepts of cyber liability, big data and telematics.
Finally, we look at recent industry trends and advances that companies have made to enable change in the way they will transact business in the future

Abstract
In this paper, the blockchain technology is utilized to build the first incentive mechanism of nodes as per data storage for wireless sensor networks (WSNs). In our system, the nodes storing the data are rewarded with digital money. )e more the data stored by the node, the more the reward it achieves. Moreover, two blockchains are constructed. One is utilized to store data of each node and another is to control the access of data. In addition, our proposal adopts the provable data possession to replace the proof of work (PoW) in original bitcoins to carry out the mining and storage of new data blocks, which greatly reduces the computing power comparing to the PoW mechanism. Furthermore, the preserving hash functions are used to compare the stored data and the new data block. )e new data can be stored in the node which is closest to the existing data, and only the different subblocks are stored. )us, it can greatly save the storage space of network nodes.

Abstract
With the rise of Bitcoin, blockchain which is the core technology of Bitcoin has received increasing attention. Privacy preserving and performance on blockchain are two research points in academia and business, but there are still some unresolved issues in both respects. An aggregate signature scheme is a digital signature that supports making signatures on many different messages generated by many different users. Using aggregate signature, the size of the signature could be shortened by compressing multiple signatures into a single signature. In this paper, a new signature scheme for transactions on blockchain based on the aggregate signature was proposed. It was worth noting that elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem and bilinear maps played major roles in our signature scheme. And the security properties of our signature scheme were proved. In our signature scheme, the amount will be hidden especially in the transactions which contain multiple inputs and outputs. Additionally, the size of the signature on transaction is constant regardless of the number of inputs and outputs that the transaction contains, which can improve the performance of signature. Finally, we gave an application scenario for our signature scheme which aims to achieve the transactions of big data on blockchain.

Abstract
With the fast development of mobile Internet, Internet of Tings (IoT) has been found in many important applications recently.
However, it still faces many challenges in security and privacy. Blockchain (BC) technology, which underpins the cryptocurrency Bitcoin, has played an important role in the development of decentralized and data intensive applications running on millions of devices. In this paper, to establish the relationship between IoT and BC for device credibility verifcation, we propose a framework with layers, intersect, and self-organization Blockchain Structures (BCS). In this new framework, each BCS is organized by Blockchain technology. We describe the credibility verifcation method and show how it provide the verifcation. Te efciency and security analysis are also given in this paper, including its response time, storage efciency, and verifcation. Te conducted experiments have been shown to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method in satisfying the credible requirement achieved by Blockchain technology and certain advantages in storage space and response time.

Abstract
Conceptually, the blockchain is a distributed database containing records of transactions that are shared among participating members. Each transaction is confirmed by the consensus of a majority of the members, making fraudulent transactions unable to pass collective confirmation. Once a record is created and accepted by the blockchain, it can never be altered or disappear.
Nowadays the blockchain technology is considered as the most significant invention after the Internet. If the latter connects people to realize on-line business processes, the former could decide the trust problem by peer-to-peer networking and public-key cryptography. The purpose of this paper is to consider on distinct use cases at the all-pervasive impact of the blockchain technology and look at this as an inalienable part of our daily life.

Abstract
The decentralized digital currency Bitcoin—and its underlying “blockchain”
technology—has created much excitement in the technology community, but its potential for building truly empowering social and solidarity-based finance has yet to be tested. This paper provides a primer on the basics of Bitcoin and discusses the existent narratives about the technology’s potential to facilitate remittances, financial inclusion, cooperative structures and even micro-insurance systems. It also flags up potential points of concern and conflict; such as the tech-from-above “solutionism” and conservative libertarian political dynamics of some of the technology start-up community that surrounds Bitcoin. As a way of contrast the paper considers “blockchain 2.0” technologies with more overtly communitarian ideals and their potential for creating “cooperation at scale”. It concludes with suggestions for future research.

Abstract
Cryptocurrency has been a trending topic over the past decade, pooling tremendous technological power and attracting investments valued over trillions of dollars on a global scale.
The cryptocurrency technology and its network have been endowed with many superior features due to its unique architecture, which also determined its worldwide efficiency, applicability and data intensive characteristics. This paper introduces and summarises the interactions between two significant concepts in the digitalized world, i.e., cryptocurrency and Big Data. Both subjects are at the forefront of technological research, and this paper focuses on their convergence and comprehensively reviews the very recent applications and developments after 2016. Accordingly, we aim to present a systematic review of the interactions between Big Data and cryptocurrency and serve as the one stop reference directory for researchers with regard to identifying research gaps and directing future explorations.
